Which business types are supported by the Scorpion Scheduler? Here is the current list that Delivery is referencing for business types that can support the Scorpion Scheduler on the website.

Are there certain upgrades required when we have more than one business type?If a client has 3 or more business types that are of equal importance to the client, they should at least be in a Marketing Plus bundle due to the amount of additional work needed on the content setup for the website, plus the tracking/work for SEO post-launch.

The prospect's primary business type is available, but they also want to list other business types on their website. Now what?
For Web Essentials, we should only be selling 1 business type and it should be supported. Those projects do not go to a Marketing team and the Creative Managers do not have a call to uncover anything weird regarding business types/realignment.
For Marketing Essentials, we can include 1 additional unsupported business type on the website, as long as the client understands that we cannot track or run campaigns for the unsupported business type. The supported business types will be the primary focus of the website and all marketing efforts. We often have issues when the clients aren't properly aligned on what the focus is and the unsupported business type is actually what they're interested in getting leads for, so this expectation needs to be made crystal clear during the sales process.
How do I add them?
You can't add an unsupported business type via the contract, but you can note it in the Sales Transfer Form so the Creative Manager and Account Manager are aware of what was discussed.
Do I need to charge extra for the carryover for unsupported business types?
No, as long as it falls within the deliverables of the contract or within reason. Obviously, if there are 50 extra pages for an unsupported business type that we need to carryover, we may need to reevaluate the package they are in.

How do I stay informed of newly added business types for bundles? We will continue to update this website as new business types become available for bundles. Please keep this website as a resource to reference.

If I don’t see the exact business type, but the service fits into one of the available business types, is it good to sell?
Yes. If the service that the client handles falls under the list of services of an available business type, it is good to sell. However, please keep in mind that the content and advertising available to support that service will be limited if they only handle one service in the list.
For example: Asbestos Removal falls under the Damage Restoration umbrella, so it can be sold. However, there is only one specialty page on Asbestos Removal in our master sitemaps, so the content and advertising support available will be limited. Whereas, the specialty pages under fire or water restoration services are a little more robust.
